Five proprietary class formats, each designed exclusively for this studio by the instructor who teaches and trains it. You won't find these classes anywhere else, not because we say so, but because they were built here, for this room, for this community. All original. All ours.

POWER PILATES HOT

Full-body. Heated. Designed by our Lead mat instructor, Gill.

A high-intensity hot mat class in our upstairs studio — sequenced to the beat of curated playlists. This class challenges you every single time and exclusive to Atelier Sculpt.  Not your average pilates. Come ready to work.



STRENGTH REFORMER

The class you didn't know you were missing. Designed by our very own Jerri, [ex Solidcore].

Hard reformer training for people who don't do easy. The intensity of a real strength session on the reformer — exclusive to Atelier Sculpt and the only class of its kind in Palo Alto.


TFR MAT

Exclusively licensed from The Full Routine.

A heated mat choreo class that builds strength, sculpts deep, and leaves you with a glow that has nothing to do with sweat. Red lights, seriously effective, and unlike anything else you've ever tried. Others may imitate but we're the real deal.  Think party girl meets video vixen.


SIGNATURE REFORMER

The Atelier Sculpt signature reformer class. Led by Kristy, our Lead reformer instructor.

Precision reformer work built around proper form and gentle challenge. The class that defines us and the one clients keep coming back for.  Start here if you're new. Stay because it works.


EMPOWERED BODY REFORMER

A thoughtfully formatted reformer flow, curated and taught by Nikita, Stanford MD.

Small, intentional, and available to members first. When she's teaching, book immediately.


PRIVATE REFORMER SESSION

One on one with a member of our private training team.

Bespoke programming, hands-on coaching, and the full Atelier experience just for you. For specific goals, prenatal care, injury rehab, or an elevated solo sweat. Duets available by request.


HYDRAFACIAL

Because toned abs and snatched skin belong in the same routine.

Welcome!

As a dancer and personal trainer, I am no stranger to the gifts that lie in showing up consistently and committing to yourself and your goals. I will lead you through a safe, inspiring, effective, experience that will leave you inspired and empowered with knowledge of exactly why you’re doing what you’re doing. I emphasize finding a balance that works for you and am a firm believer that consistency is key. When I'm not teaching I can be found dancing and traveling.

I nearly became a physical therapist. I did all the pre-med prerequisites to enter a DPT program, interned at NYU medical in the cardiopulmonary rehab department at RUSK, as well as worked as a PT tech at the largest outpatient orthopedic clinic in NYC for three summers while studying and working as a personal trainer. I ultimately stayed in fitness because of my love for it and the truth is that the best thing to prevent chronic pain and illness is go back in time 40 years and exercise consistently.
