Held in a softly heated, mirror-lit space, these mat classes are equal parts sculpt and soul. Expect red light therapy, strength-building flows, and that I-just-left-a-facial glow, no makeup needed.

Each reformer is equipped with a private screen, guiding you through beautifully designed sessions at your own pace, whether you prefer to book a solo practice or reserve a time with friends. It is a way to sculpt independently while still belonging to the exclusivity of our atelier.
