All purchases made with Atelier Sculpt are final.

Due to the nature of our services and digital offerings, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on classes, memberships, packages, or other services once purchased, except where required by law.


Classes, Memberships & Packages


  • All class bookings, memberships, and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Missed classes, late arrivals, or unused sessions are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
  • Any cancellation or rescheduling options are governed by our studio’s cancellation policy as presented at booking.


Digital & Online Purchases



  • All digital products, online classes, or virtual services are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.


Exceptional Circumstances


In rare cases of studio error or technical issues, Atelier Sculpt may, at its sole discretion, offer a credit or alternative resolution. Such decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and do not constitute an obligation for future exceptions.
